Welcome to the community of St. Anthony School! Here we provide an environment that is conducive to learning, and to the development of moral values and sound judgments. Since special knowledge and skills are required for the effective pursuit of justice and peace, St. Anthony School strives for excellence in our academic program. Growth in wholeness and holiness are the hallmarks of our school's educational program.
We believe education is one of the most important ways that the Church honors and fulfills its commitment to the dignity of all persons, and to the building community.
Spiritual Worship: To foster a sense of community, to nurture the habits of prayer, and Liturgical celebration. Since religion is the core of our curriculum, as well as our way of life, students and parents are expected to attend Mass each Sunday and on the Holy Days of Obligation, to learn to live with and within our Faith.
Intellectual: To develop the true potential of each student to the very limit of his or her academic capabilities.
Personal: To foster the development of good moral character, and to encourage individual initiative and a sense of personal responsibility and accountability.
Social: To develop strong leadership qualities in preparation for interpersonal relationships with all members of society, to unite all members of the Church, the school, and the community as a whole, so that each child will fully appreciate his or her role as a true member of the Body of Christ, and thus, thinking as a Christian before acting.
Cultural: To develop an appreciation of all of the wonderful gifts which God has given to each and every individual, and understand and embrace the obligation to share these creative gifts with humanity.
