UPK Applicants who are Yonkers Residents APPLY HERE

In order to take advantage of this program for the 2023-2024 school year, please download and return this UPK application form  along with ALL the required documents listed below to the school main and/or e-mail ALL documents to Mrs. Bernadette Blute ([email protected]).

All seats are allocated on a first-come first-serve basis.

Required Items for Students Entering the UPK Program:

• Birth Certificate
• Updated Immunization Record
• Most Recent Physical

In addition to the above requirements, families must present three proofs of Yonkers residency. The documents must be dated within 30 days of the date of application.
